An adult signature (of at least 21 years of age) is required when your wine is delivered. If no adult is present at the delivery address, Fed Ex cannot leave the wine there. They will leave a note informing you that your wine is waiting to be picked up at your local Fed Ex office. If you cannot be home during delivery, consider using a shipping address of another family member or friend who will most likely be home during delivery. Or have the wine delivered to your place of work, if possible.

Bottles of wine weigh a lot. We ship using SPEEDY where possible or by using Fed Ex Ground shipping, the cheapest shipping available (for Alaska and Hawaii as well). Depending on your choice of shipping method, the shipping cost is calculated automatically through Fed Ex’s online shipment-cost calculator. A small amount is added to cover the cost of the shipping box -- nothing more. To minimize shipping costs, we do not add any handling charges.
FedEx cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. The address must be a street address.

Gift Orders: You may order from anywhere (your billing address), but we can ship only to states allowing imports. We can special label a bottle of wine for you - Happy Birthday, Congrats, Missing You, etc.
